Misty and Kerri just won the Olympic Gold Medal in Beach volleyball and they accredit their great physical shape and endurance to Plyo City. Here’s an email the owner sent to us regarding a call he received from Misty the night before the Gold Medal match.

How about those Golden Girls?

I just wanted to share with all of you a great phone call I got from Misty May at 12:30 AM Beijing time (9:30AM PST). I was surprised that she would still be up considering that she was going to be playing for the gold medal only 10 hours later at 11AM. Misty called me and thanked me for the work that PlyoCity has put in with her the last seven years. I share this with all of you because each of you who have believed in the PlyoCity dream and each should take this as a thank you as well. Take pride in knowing that the PlyoCity workout has been a main ingredient for producing two Olympic beach volleyball gold medals, and making Misty May and Kerri Walsh two of the most well-known athletes in the world. As a side-note, please let me if any of you can attend the AVP Cincinnati Open the weekend of August 29th – 31st since I can provide you with two (2) VIP passes. Also, there is a special commemorative banquet for the Olympians that will be held on Thursday, August 28th at the Lindner Family Tennis Center. If any of you can attend this special salute to the Olympics, please let me know since I can also get you tickets for that.
